Anybody installed a trailer hitch on 2017+ E wagon

I currently have a 2008 R 350 with 128K issue free miles and would like to buy another MB. However ability to install trailer hitch (for bike rack) is a must & I can't seem to find anything on MBUSA website. Wondering if someone here has done it ?
