Rear Ambient Lighting

2018 Mercedes Benz e400 Cabriolet
Help! The settings show I can adjust both rear and front ambient lighting, but I can't even find the rear lighting. It doesn't show, never changes. Could this be a fuse issue or does the cabriolet not have it? It's in the color settings, but does nothing. I've searched online and have found nothing. My dealer is over 2 hours away so taking it in for this is a nuisance. Can anyone help me?

You're saying that once in the ambient light menu you can't find the slider for the front and rear?

My Coupe has the same settings and I don't see any lights in the back either. I believe the setting has to do more with the sedans and not the coupes or convertibles.

No. I can find the settings. There’s no lights in the rear. It’s on the highest setting, but there’s no lighting in the rear.

I wondered if that was the case, but most settings are grayed out or not there when not applicable. Do you have the rear setting available in your command center?

I have the same setting as you in my coupe and I also do not have any rear ambient lighting, other than under seat lighting.

The rear setting just controls the under seat lights in my coupe

Thank you! I thought that might be the issue. The odd part is that the pic on the command screen shows a convertible with lighting around the rear window area. That's why I wondered about it. I'm sorry I don't know how to work this forum very well, but I do appreciate the responses.
