2018 E Class changing from kph to mph

2018 E Class changing from kph to mph
Hey everyone,
I was just travelling from Canada to the US and I couldn't find a way to change the display from kph to mph. It was very easy in my previous 2012 ML350. I'm heading back to the US in August and would love to make that change and I have searched online to no avail.
Can anyone help me out with that? Is it even possible anymore? I have the widescreen dual 12" displays if that helps

From home screen scroll right to System and select
Scroll down the list to the 8th entry Units
Here you can select mph or kmh for main display.
Also if mph is selected for main display, you click the extra display box to have kmh displayed at bottom of main display.
I agree its sometimes hard finding all the options on the system, and the manual is sometimes far from helpful.

Scroll down the list to the 8th entry Units
Here you can select mph or kmh for main display.
