Make sure that you are on the home menu screen. Highlight the car or system item then press and hold the rotary button for at least 10 seconds. When the button is released the dealer menu will appear.

Hi all my Command Online shows Software Version 00.61.01.00
Would anyone have any insight into the variance between mine and say Cambridgehank above who has 03.75.05.10?
Reason I ask is, I dropped car in for software update for 2 reasons, 1. Sat Nav temporarily thought it was in Germany when it was in Ireland, and 2. I had some temporary screen display glitches, like the screen was refresh was pixelated / fuzzy, (like a poor signal on your television in the terrestrial signal days)
Mercedes dealer said they updated Command Software. They also told me that despite the Software version being the same, they updated "stuff" in the background, and that I will not be able to see the version of Command.
However before claimed update I was on Software Version 00.61.01.00 and after claimed update I was still on Software Version 00.61.01.00

tell them you have problems with command. (like that it freezes often)
they then must do the update under warranty.
you'll see that speed of system doubles (at least)
some other improvements as well, but nothing earth shattering
