Thanks ... My car was at New Country for 10K service in March 2019. The software was not updated. I will make an appointment for next week.
UPDATE June 7, 2019: waited 4 hours for dealer to complete the update. Navi was updated to v14. Comand stayed the same at v2.71. As per the dealer:
“Found that a glitch in Comand unit software was the cause of faulty operation, carried out update to the Comand operating unit, retested system and found no faults to be present at this time.”
Hopefully, the glitches are gone!
UPDATE June 10, 2019: I made another appointment for June 17. Today, I received a follow up call from a CSR inquiring about my last appointment. I advised CSR of what happened and she promised to look into it.
UPDATE June 17, 2019: Comand software v4.77 installed. While doing the install, prompt to update Nav software came up. Nav software v15 now installed as well.

From finding this thread, I was able to have my COMAND Online Firmware updated, by my local Dealer. My Car is a Jan '18 (67 plate) A238 (W213 Cabriolet).
On delivery, the car was running Software Version 00.61.01.00 However, as of last week, June 20, I am now running Version 04.77.02.10 with 2019 V16.0 Europe Maps. Photos below for reference. I believe this is the latest the pre-facelifted W213 with NGT5,5 can run.

A few typos! Yours is a 2018 model and maps are v16 2019 which is latest version in Europe/UK.
Can someone post the steps to see the command version. I can only find the map version. Thanks...
Turn on COMAND (start without starting engine)
Go into the main menu (one of the Home buttons).
Scroll to Vehicle with controller wheel
Press and hold controller wheel for 10 seconds to enter the dealer menu
Press again to see versions
To exit dealer menu:
Backspace key to return to main dealer menu
Scroll down to END
Press wheel
4.77.02.10 is what i have now as well.
i see absolutely no difference between this one and the previous 3.76 though
(update was done to fix a tunein problem, but fixed nothing)
