Sirius traffic nav
The 2107 E300 says in its paperwork and on line "If your new Mercedes is equipped with navigation, you have an active 5 year infotainment subscription.” Yet, Sirius is now telling me it is not honoring this? Has anyone else have this issue. The system is press lousy to begin with, too.

Take this to your dealer. Mercedes pays for this, so your dealer needs to address this with Sirius.

Here’s the answer
With the 2017 E300, MB switched navigation from Sirius to Embrace. Apparently, to fix it, you need to call Embrace.
