Muffler tips install
Hi does anyone have any insight or a DIY on how to install muffler pipe tips on the W213? I love the split exhaust tip look from the AMG line.
I found a China option that sticks on with 3M tape and it is trash. Wasted $30.
Does the rear bumper have to be removed at all, or can we just slip it in somehow? I looked under the rear of the car, but without knowing where to start its very difficult to figure it out.

Yes that's right. I have the AMG style package which is the sport model. Not actual AMG and I am not installing actual AMG parts.
I was referring to AMG style which has the quad look to it, meaning the split in the middle instead of just the stock oval on the sport and base model. I want to install these but Im wondering how much of a PIA that will be?

I guess you mean the E43 tips then, exactly the same as the regular sport model but with the "bar" in the middle.
They can be fitted with just loosening the lower parts and without removing the bumper but it is ten times easier with the bumper removed..

Yes for sure I guess I was referring to the E43 tips. Im sure new to MB. Another question you may be able to answer is that the sport bumper is able to fit the E43tips? Not requiring a different diffuser?
