I've searched and searched...and I'm sure it's here somewhere, but I cannot find it.

Is the 2019 E-class sedan ordering guide available anywhere?

IIRC JTK44 posted a partial guide in September. Search for DOG. (dealer ordering guide)

Anyone got the most up to date DOG version? I've got one dated 12-13-18. Is that the latest one?
