Anyone else have their car damaged at the dealership?

So instead they offered to cut the piece off that was rubbing even though it was their fault.
thats completely unacceptable in my opinion. they messed up and they should pay for fixing it. I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the last Mercedes you bought from that dealership
