Luxury MB Accessory Floor Mats at $250 list

Has anyone ordered these?

Fletcher/Jones promised me Almond standard velour mats on my sale. They never came through. Mr. Gomez, GM, never responded.to my inquiries..Great dealer in terms of sales but never helped out post sales help..

So I'm looking to order something nicer. Any experience with these? Yes, I know they aren't available in almond..

Is dealer offer stipulated in writing?

I suggest original 4-piece expresso brown velour mats, to comparison shop part # is 21368035058T85. I believe luxurious velour may be only available in 2-piece set for front, couldn't find part # for 4-piece so confirm before ordering if this is your intent: Expresso brown 21368018068U72, and black 21368018069K26. Start shopping here: https://www.mbdirectparts.com/

The luxurious floor mats are quite nice. They come in a set of 4, front and back, for the sedan. My 2019 sedan came with a standard set of floor mats. I bought a set of the luxurious mats and the trunk mat when I took delivery. I bagged the original mats up for possible use in the future. I like the thicker luxury mats.

Thanks...perhaps I'm a glutton for punishment...but I want an almond set.

BTW, does anyone know whether this Fletcher/Jone dealer is honorable? Thanks all.

Emails on the sale to include cream mats and 3 follow up phone calls to the salesman confirmed.and their after-sale helper.

They took nearly one month to get the title off the salesmans desk and in the mail to me.

Next, was told I could not receive a stamped service booklet...Mercedes hadn't used that for 5 years.per the salesman. A quick call to MBUSA fxed that BS and an updated service booklet was Fedexed to me.

Buying on-line may be great but this was my experience. That said, the car itself is super!

Lloyd makes some nice mats - the Luxe series are really nice.

I don't like carpet mats at all, especially after they get wet from rain or snow. They carry a smell that swarms the inside of the car badly. I purchased a set of the MB all weather mats.

i ordered a pair of Lloyd Matt’s for my A6 and the drivers side was more narrow than the Audi OEM mats. Unacceptable in this day and age of measurements via computer. I returned them.

I have the thick luxurious mats. I love the feel on my bare feet which is 75% of the time.

These floor mats are made by Lloyd for MB, they are the same quality as the Lloyd Ultimats which cost $199 for a set of 4 floor mats. The Lloyd Ultimats are $40 less and the only difference is the MB mats have a little name plate that says Mercedes-Benz
on it. Go to www.carid.com and you can order them from those folks. I have an espresso brown interior but I ordered my mats in black and they look great.

I ordered Lloyd Matt’s for my Audi A6 and found to my surprise, that the drivers side was not cut to the same size as the OEM Audi mat. It was not as wide. Don’t understand why as everything is cut using computerized measurements. Returned it. Shame, it was a nice thick mat.

No “perhaps” you are a glutton for punishment. I have almond mats and they show every speck of dirt. I am contemplating sisal mats from Cocomats.com if I can ever make up my mind on the color.

I had light beige on a BMW for over 10 years. They looked brand new when I sold the car. The mats on my E300 were black even though I have the beige interior. I wish I had almond mats, but I won't buy a new set just for the color.

I have a black mat in the cargo area and it looks dreadful with the beige designo interior.

The MB factory mats are really quite a disappointment. They are about as thick as an ink blotter, there is no heel pad and the beige mats show dirt like crazy. The black mat in the cargo area is the finishing touch.

A long way way from the lambs wool mats in the Jag.

Curious if you have had these or know more about them? They look really cool.

Best regards, Tony

The "designo" mats are worthless in my opinion. C&D installed tan WeatherTech floor liners when they road tested the car. Nice but a bit agricultural. The Lloyds are a bit of an improvement, but still iffy to me. JAY LENO flipped out over the Cocomats. There is a whole segment on them. I am inclined to the sisal ones, at least for the front pair. But what to do about the cargo mat. There is a sisal mat which is a little pricey, but I think would look super.

The 19 wagon, especially with the lux trim is super looking and the disigno interior is top drawer, why ruin the theme with crappy mats. Its not like you can avoid seeing them.

BTW I put a black WeatherTech frame in front and a stainless one in back. Got that GD dealer frame off as soon as I could.

I agree that the Designo mats leave a lot to be desired. I'd been considering Lloyd's but several critical comments give me pause. Not a huge fan of sisel. What other options of quality are there?

Just wanted to report back on a recent purchase of the Cocomats. They are spectacular. I did the black with grey dots and I really like how they complement the anthracite designo interior. Yes, they are pricey but they are superb. Indeed, the stock mats already had a hole under the heel by the accelerator pedal after only 6+ months of use. Can't recommend them highly enough.

And yes, I know, this post is useless without photos. I'll try for one tonight.
