I see that WeatherTech makes a product specifically for the 3rd row footwell (the recess where the folding bench seat stows into the floor) on older generation E-class wagons, but they don't seem to have a product for the current generation. Does someone else make one (perhaps an official Mercedes accessory), or should I just buy a generic mat and cut it to size?

 

My 2012 wagon came with a factory mat for the footwell of the third seat.

 

Send them an email inquiry to see if maybe it's in the works. They were very responsive when I dealt with them for my C238.

 

That’s cool. I’d buy one if they made it for the S213. I picked weathertech for my wagon vs the MB all weather mats it seemed to me they had a little better coverage.

 

I purchased a mat for the 3rd row of our 2018 E400 wagon from Lloyd's. Fits great!

I cannot link it, but if you choose all weather mats and then populate the make, model etc, it shows up. $59 for the all weather mat for third row. I have a 2018 wagon so that was the data I used to fill in the drop down menus.

 

It looks pretty thick. Are you still able to fold (stow) the 3rd row seat bottom with the cargo mat in place? Or do you need to remove it (so that it will lay flat)?

 

No problem at all, third row stows as normal. It's not really that thick actually.
