W213 19.5 MY Connectivity Issues
I have just collected my new car, it has Comand, I have also had fitted a Thinkware dash cam that need a WiFi connection. I have also activated the Vodafone hotspot and connected my iPhone with its hotspot. I also have an EE Mifi 4g and would prefer to use that as my hotspot. I have used the activation key the comand system has given me. I do have a connection running but can’t connect either the cam or the Mifi. Any help would be appreciated.

I am not sure what it is that you are looking for the dashcam to do? Thinkware WiFi is used to connect to your phone to view your recorded data. You literally select Thinkware Wifi on your smartphone that way you can use it to control your dashcam.

you mean you are unable to connect ot the CAR's wifi hotspot right
and the wifi is active & you put in the codes as given by the car?
re the thinkware: you mean it has wifi to use in conjonction with cloud service? in this case the car's wifi is useless as it ****s down when parked.
if the wifi is just used to access the camera then you MUST connect direct from phone to camera with the thinkware app
