Help I am (and I realize many will wonder why) trying to add a 4 wire trailer wire to my car. I can't seem to sort out which wire is the brake, LT, RT and driving lights. It seems two wires on each side behave the same way whether turn signal is active and or brake is activated.

Can anyone clear up which wire(s) are for each circuit?

Hi if someone were to assist you they would need to know some details about your car, as in what is it? Year and model? I assume it is not a W213 based on your avatar.
