Looking for a source for a spare tire kit for my 2019 E450. The car has 19in runflats (245x40x19) so no spare or tire jack/wrench. I measured and it has 5x112mm bolt pattern. I saw some spare tire kits for other manufacturers but none for MB and the dealers here will not even order a spare donut or kit. Would feel better on some road trips having a spare in the trunk since cell coverage tends to be spotty in south florida

Look for a spare tire from an earlier S Class at a used parts dealer. AFAIK the 2007 - 2013 S550 came with a 19" spare that will fit your car.
