Hi guys,

Anyone else having problems with video in motion using the CRUX VIMMB-85P after the latest update of command to version 4.77.02.10? It does not work.

The coding is done successfully and green light steady, but VIM just won't work.... When I had to redo it during my previous update, it worked fine. By the way I have a 2017 220D AMG line

Did you contact the customer service at Crux? They should have some type of answer for you a lot quicker than anyone here.

 

I have sent them a message through their facebook page and Im waiting for an answer

 

It simply seems that your VIM module no longer supports the override after your dealer update. Last time I tried CRUX I got this message that bricked my entire COMAND.

Thankfully I didn't get this message. Anyway I reverted back with the coding and after seeing your message I wont try again!

 

Any update on this? Do the groups that make these devices continually update them as the new COMMAND software is released?

 

I'm still waiting for an answer from them, they said the tech support team is reviewing my issue...
