Viewing a car
Hi all,
I spoke to a customer service agent at a branch in the UK as he had sent a list of cars that i had a spec for. There was one in particular that i liked. When i had phoned the branch to find out if i can view it in this current branch he went on to explain that although in the advert it says another branch its not necessarily true as it could be in a Service garage with thousand other cars. Consequently i wont be able to arrange a test drive or view it in this branch.
He said he is happy to show me another vehicle that has similar specs. I found this rather strange as i would like to view the car and see it there is any damage to the exterior etc. But i would have to buy it in order for it to be in branch?
Does anyone know if this is true or am i being fobbed off?
