Will this mirror work in a E class?

Will this mirror work in a E class?
I'd like to improve visibility when on the road, specifically to reduce blind spots. I found this product:

Would this fit a MB (2018 E class wagon)? If not, can anyone suggest one that will work? I don't care about backing up, the OEM system is fine for that. I'm just interested in when moving forward.

If you have Distronic all the electronics for that are in the factory mirror so no way would this aftermarket mirror work. Even if you don't it's doubtful. Did you get a E450 Wagon? I remember I thought I read that your E63 AMG wagon got totaled?

Last I looked it wasn't totaled. Let me check......nope. looks good. 
Is the electronics in the mirror or the roof module it is connected to?
Where can I find a wiring diagram?

I searched the owners manual and all I can find is that the mirror has buttons for the built in garage door opener and that there are a couple lights in the bottom of it.

ya I was wrong looking at it now. The distronic stuff is in front of the mirror. But the electronic for the homelink. I wouldn’t mess with it personally.
