Voice comand for Sirius

What's the best way to pull up a station by voice? Calling by station name (ie "Watercolors") rarely seems to work for me.

I use "Channel <name>" in my '19 C63S with the latest COMAND. Has always worked.

Yep. I mostly listen to The Pulse, and occasionally switch to Hits 1 if there's too much talking on The Pulse, so my full commands are "Channel Hits 1" or "Channel Pulse". I don't even have to say the full proper name like "Channel The Pulse".

Just an additional thought. Have you been updating your maps and voice recognition data regularly? I see your car is a few years old. Each map update is accompanied by a voice recognition data update. I assume the updates are mostly navigation related, but I wouldn't be surprised if they snuck in other voice recognition updates. I could have sworn that the command "Channel" didn't work when I first got the car and I had to use "Station", but the other day I used "Channel" out of habit, because that's what it was in my previous Audi and it promptly changed the Sirius channel. The voice recognition data file has to be downloaded from the portal onto an SD card or USB stick and then inserted into the car to update. Only the map update for the home region gets automatically pushed to the car over the LTE connection. The other regions and the voice recognition data has to be updated manually via storage medium. At least that's how it is for 2019 and newer models, which use the new Mercedes Me Connect platform. The old mBrace platform might be slightly different.

Thanks...maps were updated 2/19.

Tried the "channel" command and it works. I appreciate all of the help.
