Hands free microphone issues ?

Angry Hands free microphone issues ?
I have an issue with my iphone when I make a call no one can hear me very well. They say the volume is very low and kinda muffled. I took the car to the Mercedes dealer they told me it was because my phone setting in the car options on the transmission volume was at 0 so they put it to 2+ and it did not fix the issue just made it worse because the background noise was to loud and my voice was still low. Sounds like a Mic problem or software issue but the dealer said they couldn't find anything ?

Hello guys,
I’m going to give you the solution: remove the microphone cover.
Just pull the cover, and done: fixed.
in case of any doubts you cam reach me.

thanks, but i don't think this is a solution for everybody.
(I my case the mics worked perfectly fine until an update was done )

Have the same problem with my GLC. Yesterday I deactivated all the devices that were associated with the MBUX system, and reactivated my iPhone association... apparently it is better... to be confirmed in the next couple of days.

hello, can you please advise on how to remove the mic cover, as I was told there is some kind of dust filter inside the mic that needs to be cleaned or removed.
