Remote start app

Remote start app
I am stuck in Florida and my E400 is in Massachusetts. The dealer recommended remote start every other day and letting the car run for the 10 minute time limit.
That worked once.
I now receive a message that I have used remote start to often and need to start the car with my key, there is no key locally. Also, I tried calling Mercedes but they are closed and not answering the phones. These are difficult times.
Any suggestions on how to by pass the number of attempts and get the app to start the car? Thanks for you replies.

Just add this to the list of dealers giving out misinformation.

I've left my car 6 weeks without starting it and didn't have an issue. In fact it typically sits 3 weeks at a time since I've had it.

I'm hoping mine will do that as well. What with our age and the virus, we're not going out much at all, and when we do, there's no need to take the MB.

You're probably doing more harm than good starting it everyday. The amount of charge supplied in that short time pale in comparison to the moisture from condensation thats accumulating in the crankcase oil.
Next year get a battery tender, problem solved.

Hindsight being 100%, I agree that a battery tender is a better idea.
All that said, I've let my MB sit for 2-3 weeks in my garage (several times the last 2-years), and it has not failed to start, yet. I've thought about any excuse to get the car out and drive a 20-mile highway loop around my metroplex just to "use" it, but I haven't actually done that, yet.
