i found a great deal for a set of 18 wheels from a CLA model (as pictured). I really want to get them but am not sure if that will fit my e200.
does anyone have experience on this ? Thanks
Remember not because they are 18 that they will have the same offset or width. Also both cars are in different weight class. E class is a lot heavier than CLA. You could end up with bent rims or throw your alignment out. You need to research those in more depth
Thank you for the response. Just to supplement with #s.
The CLA wheels are 18*7.5" with tyres of 225/45/18.
The recommended 18" wheels for W213 has width of 8"-8.5"" with tyres 245/45/18.
Not sure about the offsets. Thanks once again.
So thats already 1 wider on the CLA rim as well as the 225 v 245 for the tires. If you can get to the rims or ask someone to do so, the offset information is on the back. I will search for mine and send a photo for reference. I however have 17, just a heads up
