While I like the more attainable unicorn that you found over the weekend, streamliner, this would sure be a nice thing to have in the garage. S Class color and just about every option available... I'd struggle to justify the $7,500 for the color and then $3,000 more for the custom order, but I guess that just means I am not the target audience.

For $15K more one could get a base E63 Wagon, I'd much rather get that

Thanks. This is a new high water mark MSRP to my knowledge. I thought 95k was the max, 7.5K for purple paint and 3K for the order are both news to me. Sure makes me feel better about the 17K worth of options on my wagon.

It’s missing the acoustic package and why would anyone want BLACK mats with the beige interior.

A @@@@@@-@@ configuration if I ever saw one. I expect a great deal is to be had if one can stomach the purple paint.

i note the black mats are not in the dealers pictures. The carpeting looks darker than I expected. Did it change for 2020.

I’m a nut on interior & exterior colors and would be willing to pay these types of extra charges, to get exactly what I want. Getting a current, standard color from a different class of MB would, in most cases, not be worth these big bucks to me. If, let’s say, I could have gotten the solid color “Maple Yellow,” as shown here on this 1970’s SL, now THAT would have been worth it to me.
