Activating full multi beam functionality in USA

Activating full multi beam functionality in USA
In USA even with the top level adaptive headlights spec'd we don't get proper multi beam functionality like European models do. Is it possible to enable this? I've seen some modules online which say they'll enable this feature but I'm not sure if they're trustworthy so I wanted to check here first.

Ping Vladimir (search this forum). I bought his mod for my a238 and it works perfectly. Very happy

Thank the federal government. I can't enjoy the full capability of the laser headlights on my X5 either.
