I have a 2017 E300 (delivery date in late July of 2016) so it's out of warranty. I have an Auxiliary Battery Malfunction light that appears about every 10 seconds. I've looked up as much as I can about this issue online, and from what I've seen for the 2017 E300 the auxiliary battery is under the passenger footrest area, have to remove the glove box bottom cover, pull back carpeting, and it's in that area (to the left of where the charcoal air filter is). And it's not a typical small battery like a motorcycle battery. Apparently, this auxiliary battery is called a voltage converter. Or also called a capacitor. That's what I've gathered from the research I've done online for this. The owners manual is not helpful on this topic at all.
My question is, does anyone know the exact part number for this auxiliary battery for the 2017 E300?

Today I did a preventive replacement of the capacitors. the producers give them 4 years estimated life. I guess on the 5th they run or dry out from the temperature. purchased similar from panasonic and simple replacement
