WHILE IN MOTION, ENGINE STARTS VIBRATING AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES UP. TOOK IT TO THE MECHANIC AND ITS A BROKEN PISTON. THIS IS THE strange and my dealer sends a goodwill demand to the manufacture in my car is less than 37k miles only dealt in the authorised dealer im in stress i dont know how to deal with it can anyone help me how to del with it ?
i read on forums that lost of people had this situation

The goodwill request is the best start. Looking in the C class W205 section, there are a couple of long threads with people suffering the same issue, particularly in cylinder #1.

Yes I know you have an E class. The 205 C class shares the same 2 liter 4cyl engine (E300 and C300).

 

thanks my dealer sent me a email that mercedes want to give me a goodwill of 75% i requested to see the conversation between them and mercedes and they dont want to provide me it , i think that due that in israel you need to pay on carp arts 130% tax they want that i will pay the " 25% " this will definitely by the price that they requesting will pay the deference
