Wi-Fi Hotspot in 2021 E-450
I’m interested in feedback from any of you who are using the Wi-Fi Hotspot in your Mercedes. If you are, do you like it, does it work well, how are the up/down speeds, any other comments about it?
Two specific questions:
1. Is it possible to change the default Wi-Fi SSID that came with my car? I can see how to change the Wi-Fi password but I don’t see a way to change the SSID.
2. If I am using the Wi-Fi Hotspot with my smartphone does that prevent the Live Traffic feature of the navigation system from working or Mercedes Me or any other wireless based feature?
