Burmester speaker covers

Hi all, I just need help. I’ve recently purchased the sticky covers for my main speakers but where can I find the covers for the smaller speaker? Thank you

first question... have you even checked if you have the “small speakers”?

The covers are made for NON-Burmester speakers.... and there are no small covers as the NON-Burmester speaker system dont have the small speakers.

only Burmester speaker system has the small speakers... and if you have that, you don’t need covers:-)

and this is also the dead give away that you are running cheap china covers on standard speakers... the missing speakers in the rear

The facelift models do seem to have the small speakers on the side doors next to the larger ones on the non-Burmester base sound system.

Please don't do this. It causes more issues than what it's worth. Ive heard that the covers actually make the sound worst.
In some worst cases, it creates vibrations and etc...

Is anyone else very impressed with the standard audio set up? I have it and I came from a HK system in the Beemer. The Merc standard system sounds pretty good to me with nice clear sounds and surprisingly decent bass. I’ll be changing the car next Jan and while I’d like the Burmester system, on a PCP it would work out an nearly €50 a month year which I think in many ways is nuts. Throwing €50 every month for a slightly better stereo sound seems questionable. It will be a difficult choice for me, maybe I’ll just go with the multi-contour seats or nappa leather and trim.

I would agree, but I havent heard the standard one. I have the mid-level system with 13 speakers and its more than adequate for my needs.

but my car is bought second hand, so I have not suffered the additional cost.

I would chose a nice stereo over leather seats any day, but paying 50$ a month for it, I would not:-)

but I don’t use my car every day..: its purely a luxuery thing for me, and here the nice speaker system fit well, plus I like the look of it aswell:-)

Bear in mind I’m going by the configurator for the e class coupe, I assumed it was the same for the saloon. Just checked and the saloon is different.

I stand corrected, saloon or not - it seems like small speakers/tweeters does exist in non burmester, judging by the photo of the car with the white interiour. Atleast on the new model, then its just a matter of time before China-man starts to make these available.

but OP does show rear doors - so if the ones on the coupe are the same size, thats an entirely new question.
