Anyone else waiting on parts from Germany?

Hello, my GLS550 has been in the shop since March. I hit a piece of wood and wrecked the front. I have been waiting on 1 driver headlight since March! Every time I get a ETA for the part its changes. I escalated it also, but they do not care. I don't know what to do. Maybe hire attorney.

I have been looking for a MB radar sensor for 3 months. The part is back order and has no ETA. When placing the part order online, MB dealer is cancelling the part order and MB customer service is not helping. Is there a place to file complaint? Department of Consumer Affairs (dca.ca.gov)? New Motor Vehicle Board (nmvb.ca.gov)?

Germany is facing one of the biggest energy crisis they have ever seen and you want to file a complaint about having to wait for a part for your German luxury car?

I brought my 21 gls 450 in for repairs and parts are backordered. No mention of when to expected these the parts we are incredibly inconvenience.

I have been waiting for a radar sensor since july 5 2022 and now they tell me backordered until at least jan 2024!! MBUSA is of no help. They wont even call me back now. Insurance wont pay for rental car after 6 weeks and Mercedes wont give me loaner car. I cant get answers. I even suggested they buy my car bqck and ill get a new one. My car is just sitting at the collision shoppe for the last 6 months. Saving mileage but it that really good for the car?

I would have hired a lawyer by now. There is no excuse for this. If you are leasing, they are depriving you of use of the car. This makes no sense.
