2019 E450 problem goes no where
So a close friend of mine got a 2019 E450 (2nd hand) last year but started experiencing stalling/stopping during driving (around end of last year). It's indeed very dangerous and she brings back to dearlship for fixing since it's under warrenty. But after fixing a couple times problem still exists. It's just a painful experience to deal with customer service rep which basically took long time to response and no solution provided. What can they do? Any way to complain to MB Canada channel to esculate the complain? Thanks for all the help.

Please post a copy of the dealer service invoice so people can understand what the dealer did. Please ask your friend to join the site and post first hand experience.
