Does anyone by chance know what this part number would be? Or how to possibly remove it. Came into my car this morning and noticed the silver bezel around the ashtray/cup holder was peeling up in one spot. It is driving me nuts looking at it, and doesn’t seem that the part comes out easy.
MB does not offer trim separately it is incorporated into stowage compartment part # 2136802503. Either need to find a sacrificial used part (trim unclips), or replace new.
thats funny, I actually bought that part from an official MB dealer here in Denmark(ejner hessel) so they must sell it(came in a box with a part number on
i didn’t even have to give them a part number, I just explained it to them on the phone, and they set one aside for me to pick up.

I will call the dealer in the AM to see what they say, did you replace it yourself?

Yes I did, it was in combination of changing the whole center console from black plastic to opened pored dark ash. There is a DIY guide by konigstiger on this forum that explains it all. Once you have the console out its a very easy change.
Old center console - scratched, trim was badly damaged The new openpored black ash, new trim and IWC clock from an AMG E63s First Edition(yellow details compared to red) The parts as they where bought, the one on the right was a purchase of ebay, did not fit eventhough it was listed as fitting a W213. The one inside was bought from official MB dealer

Mine was replaced within 6 months of ownership. The service writer almost cut his finger! I told him be very careful and I had scotch tape on it. They couldn't believe how sharp the chrome was. Easily could have sliced skin off your hand.
