Hi,

i bought a used 2017 E Class in Canada and have trouble with the Wifi connection ... i have no SOS function or HERMES modul in this car
but every time when i try to connect to the internet over Wifi (Browser, Internet Radio...) (doesn't matter if i use the smartphone hotspot or wifi at home)
it gives me an error message every time that there is no internet connection available .. with bluetooth the same.. but the car is still connected because i see the tethering symbol on my phone ON or on my router at home
even Wifi without encryption it will not work, internet status is still offline ..

I have no idea anymore ... Can someone help me please?
