Service Manual??
I have been looking for a service manual for a 2020 E350 since I bought the car. I have tried several off eBay, but they require downloading and a complex setup. I am not particularly tech-savvy. Is there somewhere where I can download something that is plug and play, on disk or even on paper.

Service information is known as WIS/EPC.
search on eBay.

An Owner's manual is not a Service Manual. But thanks for the link.
I have tried several of the WIS/EPC manuals on eBay. They either don't match my car, or the ones that do, are downloads from China or Memory sticks that are very difficult to load onto the computer. The tech support from some of these foreign download outfits are amazingly rude or surly. On the plus side, they have refunded me each time. Surely someone sells a service manual that is plug and play or written on paper.

You can get illegal copies of WIS installation media for free if you don't like the foreign support. If you don't like the installation hassle, why not use the legal service from startekinfo?

Until your post, I didn't know that the legal service was open to me. Even though I asked the dealer service guy about getting a manual, it wasn't even suggested. So I tried to sign up until I got to the price. Wow, it would be cheaper to just let the dealer do all repairs and service than use that manual service! $4k for a 3-month subscription. I was just looking for something like a Haynes manual to take care of normal service requirements.
