2019 E300-4matic Battery
Does anyone out there know how many amp hours the standard battery in a 2019 E-300-4matic is. I have been told they are 660, 770 and 880 amp hours and the only thing that they all said the battery is an AGM type battery. Any help will definitely be appreciated. Of course the dealer won’t tell me, top secret and classified as with all MB information. The dealer wants $335 for a new one but if anyone knows the battery size, H6, H7 or H8 I can get a Bosch battery for around $200 and since I don’t own an oil well your input will be very much appreciated.
Thanks to all respondents.

I've never had a problem that couldn't be repaired in a 1 hour visit to the dealer. IIRC I had 3 warranty repairs - weak driver door hinges, driver door soft close and software update. My car is now out of warranty. Last week I had to replace the battery at 54 months and 17k miles. The dealer price was double the shade mechanic price, but I didn't have to reprogram anything, a major pain.

The radio theft protection got activated on older models but cars like the W211 did not have any code and more recent models have a different approach, a permanent memory holding the VIN dependent code. The code only activates if the head unit is moved to another car.
I'm actually not sure if some very simple things like calibration of windows and the sunroof was still necessary. That is similar to the steering wheel angle sensor, one needs to normalise or calibrate the position data (press the button until the window is fully closed, keep it for a couple of seconds and release the button, the same downwards and you're done).
I don't think there is a single setting such as the seat memory that gets lost but one may need to perform some simple calibrations if battery was disconnected. The manual should list which tasks are needed.
Considering other brands, I hardly have any personal experience but I'm sure it is very much the same as for a Mercedes if comparing cars of the same age.

Are you sure that the dealership isn't using a Memory Saver device during battery replacement? You can provide 12v power through the OBDii connector, which saves all settings (the car doesn't know the battery has been disconnected).
