E200 2021 mild hybrid internet connection.
Hi everyone..
I am new here and I really need your help.
I bought a new w213 (E200 year 2021) imported from Germany. I live in Jordan (Middle East).
I spend a lot of time to connect my car to a WiFi router but there was no setting option to do that. The car wifi doesn't work in my country because it is unsupported.
Also the Traffic Sign Assist doesn't recognise signs. It shows the icon (red circle with white color inside) but empty icon.
Please, help to connect my MB to an external wifi network or to external Internet (hot-spot or even SIM card)..

I'm pretty sure that if the car has the possibility (equipment) to connect to the internet (besides the connection for mercedes me functions) ,
you can NOT connect it via another device (like a phone or mobile hotspot)

A bit odd but the W223 US manual talks about tethering via an external hotspot while the W213 US manual says the prerequisite is that the car has no communication module installed. I have not even looked at this on our W213 because the connectivity via the internal communications module is perfectly sufficient for us.
