Sounds like the special edition 2020 SL, which I believe they called a “Grand Edition.” It was a send off for the end of an era when REAL SL’s were still produced by Mercedes-Benz. Now, they are AMG GT/Porsche 911 wannabes. What a shame.
On your datacard P21 says "P21 AIR QUALITY PACKAGE". The code translation to text is not always correct though. At parts it does have things like the perfume atomizer device listed for option code P21.
