My first thought would be to take it to a reputable upholstery shop and see what they can do to reskin the seats. If not that, I'd be looking online at replacement parts (unsure if the skins are sold separately from the seat cushions).

Call an Indy shop and ask for a suggestion. Offer to buy the covers from them if they find them.
Actually, that is one amazing thing about MB, they tend to keep interior trim items available for many years, so there is a pretty good chance the covers are available OEM. With a 2017, I would send these photos to MBUSA and ask—VERY NICELY—for their help. If the OP is a long time MB customer, that would certainly go a long way in getting an accommodation.
Left side cover is available however, right side it is not and requires full cushion inclusive of cover. Upholstery shop may be your best bet MB parts new are expensive https://www.mercedespartscenter.com/ : left MSRP $330/online $237, right 1320/948 (ebay $650 + shipping).

I have the same problem with my e300 w213, faux leather beige 145a (almost white). I am the first owner, 10k miles. I can’t. believe ….. at first I thouth it was a stain (dry milk) months later I check again, it is peeling off. I bought on 2017, no warranty.
How was the solution for reparing?

I think that's common issue on E300 models. When I search to buy E300 I saw some of them have the same issue. Hovewer I only see the beige color having trouble at that point. Other colors no issues I think.
I had one car with MB TEX and it also peeled while still under warranty. I don't wear a belt or have a key chain so nothing but fabric touches the seats. Actually, I wear either shorts or a swimsuit year 'round. After the MB TEX experience I won't buy a car that doesn't have leather seating. Personally, I dislike the feel of plastic on bare skin.

What are you cleaning the sets with? Any type of cleaner that contain a solvent will deteriorate vinyl. Chemicals on your hands or clothing could also dry up vinyl.
How much do you weight?
Excess Direct sunlight will also dry up the vinyl.
AFAIK The E class the dashboard is MB TEX even if the rest of the interior is leather. My '18 E300 interior gets about 6 hours of direct sun exposure daily. When outside with the windows down and sunroof open so that the heat doesn't build up. There are no issues with the dash drying/cracking. I only use Meguire's products on my car.

I have never used any solution, just water. I wear blue jeans (those strongs levis), but only I drive 2k miles by year. The car is all the time under garage, thank you

Vinyl is made from soft pvc, much like rubber, it needs to be condition once a while. I used lexol leather cleaner and conditioner once a year. The Mercedes vinyl seats are usually very good, your seats might be defective. Its highly unusually for the Mercedes vinyl seats to wear as fast as yours.

An MB problem. Someone has dyed or painted these seats to hide wear And it looks like a poor job.
if you want it right, you'll need to replace the covers on both sides. This painting/dying method is frequently used to improve the looks of torn/worn material. It's not like the old days where tex was super durable and can be repaired. Those days, thanks to cost cutting, are gone. Sorry.
