Exclamation Still Unsolved! - E400d Horrible Rattle

Evening all, looking for some technical help.
Cars making a horrid noise, also the cams sound noises than normal.
2019 E400d, om656 engine is chain not belt-driven. Car is warm, 30.000miles
Can anyone shed some light on this? / had this issue themselves

wouldn't let me add it into the posts as its an unsupported file format

the only thing I can think of is the chain tensioner or the cams.

MB oil

What engine oil are you using?
The viscosity is essential to push the weak chain tensioner.
Low viscosity provides low pressure. Low tension allows increased chain slack...

The name brand and the mysterious "additive package" is nice but the key is MATCHING THE VISCOSITY.... 75% chance this is the root cause.

Easy to test without any wrenching.
