I recently just bought Display Instrument Cluster LCD just like this one here :
for my car E-300 , 2017
and went to the electrician to program the display for my car and he programmed it with my km / mil for it , and it's working very well
but I don't have feature Design which contain :
1- Sport .
2- Classic .
3- Progressive .
It only has Classic design .
here's a pic for what I mean :
BTW : the electrician said he couldn't program the feature design because of the model of the Display Instrument Cluster here refer to as 16 in the part number , the number needs to be higher than that

your electrician is correct. Older version cluster no way to show that menu, but the menu can be coded out in the comand screen, so you can Toggle classic, sport and progressive styles.
