Just picked up a 2016 E CLASS with dual 12.3 screens. However I can't get it to connect to the Internet
I have been into Hotspot and paired it with my password from the car, it then took me to a Vodafone page on my phone (Samsung A52S 5G) where I registered and signed up for a free month 1GB. This all went through OK, says paired on the Voda page and phone connected to car Hotspot still but no Internet, can anyone tell, me what's wrong?
All looks ok on the Voda website, I've even used data somehow even though I can't get the car to connect, I get the feeling its the phone using the data not the car.....
go to "connections" in the car and see what status is
don't confuse the CAR's connection (for tracking services etc) with YOUR PAID internet service
it states both separately
I don't have the same menu, but as you can see status of the module has to be "online". (en ligne)
From what i see on your pic the module is offline.
both the car's connection and your paid internet go through this module, so it seems NEITHER is connected
Try rebooting comand by pressing and holding the off button until it comes back on again.
not sure if it'll work but it's worth a shot.

Thanks I'll give this a go, though I can confirm hotspot Internet is working and using data fine
I make mistake and press dealer menu, press restart...and all data wiped...is anybody can send me any files with all features... because I have just basic options...no led colours,no rear camera,no internet,no dynamic settings,no dub radio... disaster...
so if someone can download settings via usb and to send me zip file I'll be happy.
