He certainly looks like a sardine in the rear! Having your hips way below your knees for any length of time will not be comfortable.
I also noticed that the headrests on the front seats look fixed vs. movable as they are on my E450: I tend to sit up rather straight in the driver's seat and must put the headrest all the way back - otherwise the headrest hits the back of my head/neck and pushes my neck forward. I realize that for most people this is not a concern, but for me it is. The position of the headrest is one of the first things I check out in a car to make sure I can sit comfortably.
