Any way to 'lock' radio on one channel?

The radio console touchpad controller in the E Class is immediately where you hand moves. The hand can easily glance the controller and change the radio channel.
Is there anyway to 'lock' the radio to prevent accidental channel change?
Thanks.

Touchpad accidentally changes radio channel

I have a C class. I have both the touchpad and a wheel. I have the touchpad disabled. When I use the cup holder, I touch the dial and it change stations. Can’t disable the dial.

i miss the dial on the E-class with MBUX
touch pad is far from ideal, even if set to least sensitive
I like the touch screen, but it's not really in reach...

Mercedes really should have put the screen lower when they switch to the touch screen. My last car had touchscreen and I prefer the wheel.

Like so many others, I have disabled the touch pad: In fact it was one of the first thing I did when I got home from the dealer. I use the rotary button.

Someone should tell Mercedes and other car manufacturers that just because you can do something doesn't mean you should! Having a few buttons and knobs instead of a touch screen, ala Tesla, just makes more sense and frankly is much safer. With the rotary knob I never have to take my eyes off the road. Not so with a touch screen!
