Looking for another project. Could just find the same engine from a salvage yard, but wondering if larger engine install is reasonable. How difficult would this be? Tranny/differentials/drive shaft/fuel pumps the same?

pioneer's project

It's not just the nuts and bolts that need to work together. The options and features need to be coded in the Gateway and other modules to work together. Worst case the Drive Authorization will veto any start.

When you stray from the main path it's hardly you can get any help because you are pioneering your own way where few have been.

It won't be easy but you'll learn a lot of rewarding coding knowledge.

That's a fairly bad worst case. If I do, maybe best stay with same motor.
