MB media software update
Hi Folks,
On my new 2021 E450 Wagon, when I first enter the car, I keep getting a screen message that there is a software update. You have two options, 'Read' or "Later". When I choose Read, and scroll down the message, I get no option, just the backscreen button or close. Just to let you know ahead of time, I don't have a cellphone, so no MeConnect. How do I get the update? I thought I could connect to the house wifi but didn't see that option.

if it says there's a software update, then the car's connected and thus should be able to download it.
go to the "software update" menu and see what it says there
otehrwise go to your Mercedes me account and download the update to a stick
then insert in car and it will ask if u want to update
