There is a report in the paper today 6/15 about a report from the NHTSA regarding accidents while driving assistance features were being employed. Mostly focused on Tesla and no mention of MB. I expected some mention of weather but there was none. This thread was very educational in that regard.

E 300 AMG-Line diesel-Hybrid - 2021
Tesla sells their cars as self driving
Like; "just go sit in the back and BBQ til you get to your destination "
meantime Mercedes is the only manufacturer that has achieved level 3 so far (with tesla at 2)

2. Ad with numerous examples of Tesla's so-called self-driving feature running amok:

However, there is common sense. It has never occurred to me to use CC on slippery roads. Even MB’s smarter cruise.

Or as my grandfather used to say, "I don't know why they call it common sense, because it ain't real common!"
