These modules are specifically built not to be easy to temper with.
If you can't get a place to virginise the used unit... you'll need a new unit programmed by a licensed business with online Xentry account.

Your vehicle is equipped with FBS4/DAS4 system and there is no tool that will be able to work it. New module with online initial start up. No way around it.
Find the highest purity Isopropyl Alcohol \.. grab a plastic bristle brush and go to town. The white marks looks like salt/lime which is pretty conductive but the alcohol will take care of it.
