Roof Water Deflector - should I be worried?

I just came back from a 1400km round trip over 2 days and upon washing off all the bug juice noticed that the right side Water Deflector strip on the roof of the car has lifted up slightly at the rear end. When I press it down it does not click into position/ or re-seat itself on the assumption that it may have an adhesive underneath.
Car is under warranty and dealer has given me an appointment 10 days away to inspect and repair/replace.
What I'm worried about though is that I have used a pressure hose to wash my car before I noticed it. There definitely has been some water runoff that has flowed down the deflector channel down onto the rear windscreen area, and I presume down towards the rear cargo boot/trunk area. What are the chances that there will be water ingress and pooling somewhere along this way? Or are there sufficient drain holes for the water to have dripped out from?
With other basic japanese cars - there isnt a deflector strip, but instead just an indentation on the roof for the water to channel back and find its way out. But with this W213 I'm concerned about any electrical issues that may arise from any water ingress or pooling. Any thoughts and insights would be appreciated.
