E220 Se Bluetec Auto
E220 SE ABS Fault & Traction Fault

I Have a 2015 E220 SE Bluetec Auto, with abs fault on front left, I have changed Wheel Bearing and ABS ring and also sensor but still have issues, the following fault codes come up
C04AE00 The signal from component 'L6/1 (Left front axle rpm sensor)' is faulty
U140900 An implausible left front wheel speed signal was recieved
U010100 Communication with Control unit 'Transmission' has a malfunction
U041600 Implausible data were recieved from control unit 'Traction Sytem'
U045A00 Implausible data was recieved from control unit 'Parking Sytem'

559916 The battery of the tire pressure sensor has a malfunction. The limit value for electrical voltage has not been...
I presumed tyre pressure issue has nothing to do with this, tyre pressure still shows correct on dash

The last Three codes only clear on seconed attempt and once car reaches 20mph, all codes re apear, any help or advice would be gratefully received, Thanks in advance.

What codes were you seeing before you fixed the bearing and ABS ring, also which sensor did you replace? Something isn't talking to that corner properly.

Before anything was done original fault codes were,
C04A600 Component 'L6/1 (Left front axle rpm sensor' Has a mechanical fault
U140900 an implausible left front wheel speed signal was recieved
U041600 Implausible data were recieved from control unit ' Traction System'.
When wheel was taken off, was a lot of play at hub as if Bearing had collapsed, although on striping bearing was in one piece. replaced bearing and abs ring with aftermarket, still same issue, changed abs ring with genuine merc, still same issue, changed sensor and now further forward.

Today had another computer conected and following code was shown
C04AE00 The signal from component L6/1 (Left front axle sensor) is Faulty

On live data speed will go the same as other three wheels upto around 15-25mph then fault comes on and speed will show 40723mph and will stay like that until codes are cleared

As I am sure you figured out, It is possible that all of your codes are related to a bad speed sensor. I am guessing that this is the sensor that you replaced so I have to ask, is that an OEM sensor or aftermarket? You did everything that I would do. Either it is the sensor, a loose connection/bad ground (this is possible given the other work done in there) or the parking system CM, the abs CM, the transmission CM and your code reader are bad.
Personally I'd check all connections first and then take the sensor you replaced and take it back (if they'll take it) and replace it (with OE or at least something better).
