W213 weird click/sound at 18 mph

W213 weird click/sound at 18 mph
Hi,
Got small issue with my 2021 W213 saloon 4matic.
recently I’m experiencing weird sound in the cabin at 18/19mph which is ca. 30 km/h. It drives me crazy.
Car clicks/ticks just once quite loudly. Then it’s silence till the moment I will stop or slow down to 6mph/10 km/h and then accelerate again (never mind if slow or hard) sound of click appears again ONCE at the same speed. It’s not a suspension (smooth road) or transmission ( no gear change at this speed). Also not an engine or engine bay (it sounds like rear part of the cabin or side).never mind if I’m going straight or turning.
The question is: is there any sensor or device (I don’t know belt tensioners or cameras) what is checking system at this speed and giving signal and locking something?
maybe something responsible for 4matic?
as far as I know doors are locking earlier.
All answers really appreciated.

I may be of no help, but as weird as this sounds, my wife’s 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland does the same thing….and literally at exactly 18mph. I know I know, they couldn’t be anymore different vehicles. A few others on the group also reported this and someone somehow isolated it to something with the traction control system. Try this, turn your traction control off and see if it does it. On the Grand Cherokees the noise no longer occurs with traction off.
FWIW, my ‘19 E63S does not do this.

Unfortunately @W205C43PFL this weird click is almost inaudible on the record. I was trying to get it but ... not on the record. Too much background noise.
In case of the traction @JTS97Z28 : I was driving today with OFF mode and click still appears at 18mph
I will go to the shop/service soon, so maybe they will figure out something.
My 16 y.o. SL55 AMG or 25 y.o. SL600 are much better built cars with no doubts (in r129 sometimes wood rattles but only when it's hot!).

I noticed something like this on mine...
I back out of my driveway, drive down the street to first stop and while braking i hear a loud *click*
It sounds like its coming from the interior/glove box area? almost sounds like shutters/vents opening/closing? it only makes this noise once...and never again during the rest of my drive time
