I got a 2018 E63s, which currently has 95K miles.
The plugs changed at 60K miles, and the engine oil did at 93K miles recently. However, I noticed the mechanic put 0W-30 Castrol Euro spec as it has Mercedes 229.5 approval, would this be good for Utah weather winters get cold to about -10F in some areas, and summers up around 100F? I was thinking of doing a Liqui Moley engine flush and switching to Liqui Moly 5W40 Leichtlauf High Tech Engine Oil with some Liqui Moly Cera Tec. or Motul 0W-40. Also was thinking of doing the trans fluid at around 100K miles with the Liqui Moly kit from FCP Euro also the Diff fluid and the spark plugs again. The car is running great, recently updated the command module and put in a new main battery from Advance, and for the OW-30 I only burned a qt after doing about 6 launches and I went to the dealer to top it off for free I believe they used Mobil 1 5W-40. After that with spirited driving, 2 launches later I've burned 0 oil. Should I change the engine oil or wait?
What do yall think, any advice?
Have a great day!
Thank you!

3.) Recommendation: In order to ensure cold start operability at temperatures below -20°C as well as optimum lubrication at low outside temperatures and under conditions of high biofuel content in the fuel, the viscosities SAE 0W-30, 0W-40 or SAE 5W-30, 5W-40 are recommended as year-round engine oils for VAN engines. Please note the temperature ranges of vehicle operation indicated in the operator´s manual or on sheet 224.1.
based on chart - You are fine with 0W-30 anywhere it snows I say.
Mainly specific oil viscosity is for startup, so not too thick (first number of oil weight)
Second number of oil viscosity is for at operating temp of engine.
Once engine running it will maintain operating temps due to Thermostat for most of USA.
Now when it gets -40F = -40C or lower; things change, and I say just stay home as too dayum cold.
Heck steel breaks more easily at these temps due to being brittle.
