HELP:What causes this whining noise when accelerating?

I have a 2017 E300 w213 that I’ve been owning for 2 years. I have this whining noise I’m hearing when I accelerate (VIDEO ATTACHED) and I’m hoping it’s nothing bad . Could it be just a pulley/tensioner/something with the serpentine belt or could it be something with with the 9G tronic transmission? I’m at 134k miles and the last trans fluid service was at around 80-85k miles last year. Anyone dealt with something similar to this before? Thanks in advance
